Heart of Glass are a Yorkshire based band performing
the best of Blondie and Debbie Harry songs, and are
the UK's top Blondie tribute band. Formed in September
2000 and fronted by blonde bombshell Denise Danielle,
the group also features Clem Burke sound alike Jonah
Lacey-Hatton on drums. Brothers Johnny and Pete Cox
are on bass and lead guitar respectively, and Jim Wells
plays keyboards. Pete, a dead ringer for Chris Stein,
is a dazzling lead guitarist who almost manages to upstage
one of the best performers, Denise Danielle, on the
tribute scene. |

This Withernsea based band have been on the circuit
for about six years. During this time they have built
up a great following and are still delivering their
own style of cover tracks. As always the band have a
laugh and a joke on stage which comes over well to the
audience. The variation of tracks in the set caters

A mighty cheer must greet the return of "Westzone".
The lads have reformed especially for the Withernsea
Summertime Special and the word on the street is that
they love to play to the people of Withernsea and surrounding
areas, thats why they agreed to get together once again
for us, and for you! Hopefully they will give us a show
that gives the young, and not so young an experience

Bishops Falconry
Demonstrations consist of hawks and falcons working
with a Horseman and Falconer to create a flowing mix
of history, excitement, expectation and Medieval splendour.
Prince Bishops Falconry Demonstrations are combined
with an ongoing static display consisting of Eagles,
Hawks, Falcons and Owls.
The displays are enhanced by music to accompany the
entrance of the troupe, whose costumes accurately reproduce
those of Medieval times - the horse Gueniveire is regaled
in jousting dress. |
